Organisations
Wispim Pro for your organisation’s Windows PCs.
One invoice a year covers Pro in Wispim for Windows for your users. Your IT puts a signed licence on your PCs, and Wispim checks it on each PC.
What your organisation gets
Pro in Wispim for Windows for your users, for one year: unlimited takes and import of TXT, Markdown, PDF, DOCX and RTF files. It is the same Pro that one person can buy in the Microsoft Store.
The licence works in Wispim for Windows only. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, Pro comes from the App Store. On Windows, each PC keeps its own scripts.
What you need
- PCs in Microsoft Entra ID. The licence is tied to your organisation’s Entra tenant. A PC that is only in on-premises Active Directory, without Entra, will not work with it.
- x64 PCs with Windows 10 version 2004 or later, including Windows 11.
- Organisation licences work from the next version of Wispim for Windows.
Price
$60 per user per year, minimum 5 users. You pay a year ahead, by invoice.
The licence states the number of users. That number is not counted on the PCs: your organisation agrees to keep to it.
There is no free trial licence. To try Wispim first, use the free tier, 6 prompter takes per Windows user, or have one person buy Pro in the Microsoft Store.
How to order
- Email support@wispim.com with the details below. The button at the top of this page opens that email with the lines ready to fill in.
- We send you a quote, then an invoice.
- Once you have paid, your IT receives the licence file, with a script for Intune, a .reg file and a README.
- A month before the year ends, we send a new invoice for the next year, and then a new licence.
What to put in the email
- Your company’s legal name
- VAT ID
- Billing address
- Number of users, 5 or more
- Microsoft Entra tenant ID, in the Entra admin center under Overview › Tenant ID
- IT contact: name and email
How the licence works
The licence is one signed registry value, OrganizationLicense under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Wispim. Your IT puts it on the PCs with Intune, Group Policy or a .reg file.
Wispim checks the licence on the PC itself: the signature, the end date, and that the PC is joined to your organisation’s Microsoft Entra tenant or that its Windows user has added a work account from it. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Settings › Pro then reads “Licensed to <organisation> through <date>”.
The Guide for IT administrators has every step.
Installing Wispim
Wispim installs from the Microsoft Store. In Intune, add it as a Microsoft Store app (new), and it shows in Company Portal.
